1. Acceptable use

Use MultiDebrid only for files and links you own, are authorized to access or can legally download. Illegal, abusive, harmful or security-disrupting activity is prohibited. The separate Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for your username, password and account activity. Do not sell, publicly share or pool a member account with unrelated users. Only resellers approved for the official reseller program may sell prepaid voucher codes; reseller access never permits selling customer accounts or passwords. Contact support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Premium periods

Premium access is time-based. An active package provides unlimited personal usage during the selected period, subject to fair use, account security and anti-abuse controls. New duration purchases may extend the existing premium expiry date.

4. Third-party host availability

Filehosts are independent services. Their file availability, page formats, restrictions, maintenance and access rules can change without notice. A host listed as online does not guarantee that every individual third-party file remains available.

5. Payments and activation

Premium access is activated after a valid payment confirmation is received and matched to the signed-in member account. Account details used for the order are taken automatically from the active session.

6. Reseller vouchers

Approved resellers use prepaid balances to create single-use voucher codes. The reseller is responsible for collecting the customer payment, stating local fees accurately and delivering the purchased code. MultiDebrid is responsible for applying a valid code to the customer account. Reseller balances are not credit accounts, may not become negative and may be suspended during payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud reviews or misleading sales.

7. Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or suspended for account sharing, unauthorized resale, abusive automation, payment fraud, security attacks or unlawful use. Site features, supported hosts, reseller rules and package availability may be updated when operationally necessary.
