Link rejected or file missing
Open the original Filer page. Check whether the file still exists and whether you copied the complete address. For a temporary failure, try later; for a deleted file, request a replacement from the uploader.
Why is the filename or size missing?
The source may not return all file details. Open the original page and check the link. If the result still looks incomplete, send the visible error to support.
Upgrade shown instead of download
Check that you are signed in to the account with your active plan. For quota access, compare the file size with the remaining allowance. An unknown file size cannot be validated against a free quota.
Paste the full URL, then generate
Keep the file identifier and any required query parameters. Do not paste a search result, account page, HTML code or a shortened description.
